The Pond Estate is truly a magical opportunity wrapped in the historic spiritual nature of the old Palm Springs Canyons. Passing through the gate you are surrounded by an oasis with ponds, bungalows and an incredible perspective of the mountains.
As its name suggests, this gated luxury property is laid out around around a pond with an island you can cross to by bridge. Paths lead guests through the beautiful landscaping to the outdoor pool, kitchen and bar, a large terrace with loungers and tennis court. There’s also an indoor wet bar, media room, heated pool and hot tub.
The Pond Estate is spread out over a main house, two guest houses, each with charming southwestern exteriors and its own enchanting interior style. The guest houses have more rustic appeal, with stucco fireplaces, terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. A large formal main house enjoys grand spaces perfect for more formal entertaining while the 3,500 square foot “guest house” is the ultimate retreat for visitors, complete with its own tennis court.
